Module One: TMJ and Migraine Headache Strategies

Relationship of the jaw, cranial nerves and the 3 major causes of headache.

This hands-on, 2 day class will orient you to the structure in and around the temporomandibular joint, including the capsule, the ligaments, and the nerves in that area of the head. Practical techniques will be utilized for treating this area.

In addition, the 3 main causes of all headaches will be explored with protocols to determine which is primary and specific ways to treat each.

Module Two: Bones of the Mouth (Intra-oral Work) and Common Digestive Issues.

Learn the detailed anatomy of all of the bones of the palate along with the deep bones of the cranium (ethmoid and vomer). Specific techniques will be taught for each suture.

Additional information will be given for the most common digestive issues that have a relation to the mouth and it’s structures. An overview of the digestive chemistry and glands of the mouth will also be covered along with specific treatment protocols.
